I stayed at a hotel in an unknown part of Veracruz Nuevo Veracruz with a massive shopping mall that seems to be developing slowly, which might change in the next 10 years. The service was very friendly and helpful, offering housekeeping, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance. The location felt like a ghost town commercial center, but it was near the airport and next to a mall. Despite the lack of dining options, the healthy salads were a nice touch. The facilities were adequate, but there were some issues with the availability of small towels for body washing.
